With their self-titled release, Far From Even serves up intense musical angst with a side of addictive groove. The 12 energetic tracks exemplify the band's early 90's influences of such bands as Jane's Addiction, Helmet, Rage Against the Machine and Stone Temple Pilots.

Hailing from just west of Philadelphia, the band has received critical acclaim in both radio and television with their self-titled full-length release. The CD went to radio on March 5th and was #5 on the most added Loud Rock records in Album Network and CMJ and #6 at FMQB. It made its debut at #50 on FMQB's chart for March 19th. It made it to #25 on Album Networks Aggressive Rock Chart after debuting at #40 and #29on CMJ's Loud Rock Crucial Spins Chart Chart after debuting at #39.

The song "It Burns" was used extensively on MTV's Real World and Road Rules and was used in its entirety for Airwalk's Snowboarding Team on ESPN2's Snowboarder TV. The track was also used in the extreme sport TV show SNOW ACADEMY which in addition was sold to United Airlines for use on flights. Additional songs From the enclosed CD will be used on MTV's Real World this fall for the Las Vegas episodes. The band was recently featured in an audio profile on ASCAP.com

Over the past few years, they have opened for Creed, Fuel, Hatebreed, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, the Goats, Stabbing Westward and D Generation. You can catch Far From Even on radio and television throughout the country, but you must experience the creativity and intensity of their live performance.
